On the stats page, you can look at your team’s impact at-a-glance. The Productivity Trends graph will show you the daily line impact of your team, their velocity (line impact per day) of a given period, and their overall velocity. It will also show your team’s overall code output and their line impact change.
There’s also a code breakdown that charts your team’s code usage by language, activity, or category. The punch card on this page shows what days your team is most active. These reports are available on an individual basis in the Stats tab of a developer’s profile.
If you’d like to see a developer’s performance metrics compared to the team, you can do so via the Skills tab of their profile. You can see how an individual contributor stacks up to their counterparts in terms of line impact, velocity, efficiency (line impact per lines changed), and versatility (how many languages they work in). Managers can use these stats to set team standards, identify when someone’s stuck on a task, or celebrate a spectacular week.
